Our Mission

Who We Are
A century of Louisville leadership.
Chartered in 1920, the Derby City Alumni Chapter is one of the longest-standing alumni chapters of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Our members are educators, executives, physicians, public servants and entrepreneurs united by a single fundamental purpose.
For more than one hundred years we have invested in the young men of Louisville through mentorship, scholarship and service — carrying forward a legacy that began with ten founders at Indiana University in 1911.
Our HistoryCommunity Impact
Measured in lives changed.
Every year our chapter translates brotherhood into tangible outcomes for Louisville families, students and neighborhoods.
